Did you know
Testosterone falls about 1–2% a year after 40.
Low energy, low drive and trouble concentrating can track with it.
By 60, the average man is at about 72% of his age-40 level. Your labs show where you actually are.
Men followed over 7 to 10 years lost 1.6% of total testosterone a year on average. Massachusetts Male Aging Study, J Clin Endocrinol Metab, 2002. Curve drawn at that average rate; it is not a prediction for you.
Timeline
How long has this been going on?
A rough answer is fine. It helps the clinician read your labs in context.
History
Have you been treated for this before?
If you are already on therapy we can continue it without restarting you from zero.
It is not just age
Men under 40 now average about 25% less testosterone than in 1999.
The drop held after adjusting for weight. Some men run low long before 40.

Why the lab panel is required
Testosterone is a controlled substance. A clinician cannot lawfully prescribe it without current bloodwork showing that your levels actually warrant treatment, so the panel is a medical and legal prerequisite — not an add-on you can decline and still start.
Your $99 covers the baseline panel, drawn at a Quest Diagnostics patient service center near you. You book the appointment on the next screen. Results reach your clinician in 2–3 business days.
The lab panel is not refundable once drawn, because the laboratory bills for the draw whether or not you are approved for treatment. The treatment portion of your order is refundable, as stated above.
What you are charged, and when
We email a receipt for every charge. Cancel from your account page at any time before a renewal date and no further charge is taken. Cancelling does not refund a term already in progress except as described in our refund terms.
Who prescribes and who dispenses
Your intake and labs are reviewed by a physician licensed in your state. If treatment is appropriate, the prescription is sent to a licensed compounding pharmacy that ships to you directly.
Contin-U is a medical practice, not a supplement seller. Approval is never automatic, and paying today does not guarantee a prescription — a clinician may determine that testosterone therapy is not right for you.
We currently treat patients in Florida and Massachusetts.
Payment
Card details are encrypted in transit. We never store your full card number.
Bloodwork
Book your draw.
Pick a patient service center, day, and time.
Fast for 9–12 hours before your draw. Water and prescription medication are fine. Bring a photo ID — your lab order is sent to Quest electronically, so there is nothing to print. Rescheduling is free up to 12 hours before your appointment.
Your kit
Where should we send your kit?
It ships within one business day. If you are approved, your prescription ships here too.
Enter your street address.
Enter your city and a 5-digit ZIP.
For your lab order
Enter your date of birth.
The lab uses these to match your sample to you and read your results against the right ranges.

We’re not in your state yet.
Contin-U is opening in Florida and Massachusetts first. A physician can only treat you in a state where they hold a license, so we are adding states one at a time.

$100 credit
Held in your account. It comes off your membership charges once treatment starts.
- Charged today $250
- Then, monthly $125/mo
Your first monthly charge is 60 days after treatment starts — the $250 you paid today covers months one and two.
The $99 panel is a one-time charge because you told us you do not have recent bloodwork.
- Clinician evaluation and your prescription
- Testosterone cypionate, shipped to your door
- Syringes, needles, and alcohol swabs
- A dedicated RN health coach — unlimited messaging, plus a 20-minute call every month
- Dose adjustments, reviewed by your prescribing clinician
- Anastrozole at no extra cost, only if your labs call for it
Once a clinician approves your prescription, your coach introduces themselves by message and books your first 20-minute call. An RN coaches; a physician prescribes.
Cancel online any time. No membership fee, and the intake fee is waived. If a clinician does not approve you for treatment, the $250 membership charge is refunded. The $99 lab panel is not — the lab bills for it either way.
