Low testosterone doesn’t announce itself.

Common signs

It shows up as a slow drift — things you’d blame on age, work, or a bad few months. Most people carry these for years before anyone measures anything.

  • A man sitting on the edge of a bed at dawn, drained despite a full night of sleep
    01

    Fatigue that sleep doesn’t fix

Eight hours in bed and you still wake up flat.

  • A man standing at a dark window at dusk, unmotivated, coffee going cold
    02

    Low motivation

Things you used to start on your own now need convincing.

  • A man lying awake on his back in a dark bedroom, staring at the ceiling
    03

    Poor sleep

Falling asleep is fine. Staying asleep is the problem.

  • A man fastening jeans that no longer fit comfortably at the waist
    04

    Weight gain

Same diet, same training, and the waistline still moves.

  • A couple sitting at opposite ends of a sofa at night, a gap between them
    05

    Low libido

Interest fades before you notice it is gone.

  • A man at a desk late at night, hand on his forehead, unfocused
    06

    Brain fog

Focus that used to hold for hours now breaks in minutes.

  • A man sitting slumped on a weight bench in a dim gym after a set
    07

    Slow recovery

Soreness that used to last a day now lasts most of the week.

  • A man alone in a parked car at night, hands on the wheel, jaw tight
    08

    Mood changes

A shorter fuse over things that never used to land.

None of these confirm anything on their own. They are reasons to get a panel, not a diagnosis — and a panel is the only way to tell the difference between low testosterone and the several other conditions that present the same way.

A physician-ordered panel and a review of what it means. If your numbers don’t warrant treatment, we tell you that.

The four things men actually come in for.

What treatment targets

Nobody books a testosterone consult because of a number on a lab report. They book because of four things that have been getting quietly worse. Your protocol is built around them, and your coach scores all four every month against the baseline you walked in with.

Man on a mountain trail at altitude
01 Energy and endurance Fatigue a full night’s sleep doesn’t fix. Energy and sleep are scored every month against the baseline you started at.
Man on a flight line during a training rotation
02 Focus and drive Brain fog, flat motivation, a shorter fuse than you used to have. Concentration, irritability and drive get logged on the same scale each month.
Man resting between rounds at a fight gym
03 Strength and lean mass Training that stops paying off. Lean mass, weight and waist are read as trends across months — week-to-week movement is noise.
Man seated on a terrace at dusk
04 Libido and confidence Reduced sex drive and function. Reported in writing to your coach so it lands in your chart instead of getting skipped.

These are the symptoms most commonly associated with low testosterone. Whether therapy is appropriate for you depends on your labs and your evaluation — if your numbers don’t warrant treatment, we tell you so.

One membership, in the order it happens.

How it works

Four moments from the first question to ongoing care. Everything named below is in the one membership — there is no tier above it and nothing here is an add-on.

01 · Day 0

Answer four questions.

A ninety-second intake covering symptoms, medications and goals. The intake and physician-review fee is waived for new patients.

≈ 90 seconds
02 · After your labs

A physician reads it.

Board-certified and licensed in your state. They write the protocol, and add anastrozole at no extra cost only if your estradiol warrants it.

1 business day from results
03 · Next 3 days

It arrives unmarked.

Filled at a U.S. 503A compounding pharmacy and shipped in a plain box with your injection supplies. No signature needed.

3 days to door
04 · Day 1 onward

Your RN coach takes over.

The physician prescribes; your coach is the person you actually talk to. Monitoring bloodwork stays on schedule without you arranging it.

Ongoing

What actually shows up.

One box, everything in it, restocked every shipment. Nothing to source yourself and no separate pharmacy bill.

Eight tests. A physician reads every result.

Measured, not guessed

Every prescription is grounded in a labs-first evaluation by a board-certified, state-licensed physician. If your numbers don’t warrant treatment, we tell you so and we don’t write the prescription. That outcome is not a failed order — it is the evaluation working.

The seven questions everyone asks.

Frequently asked

Do I need labs before I get treated?

For testosterone therapy, yes — we require a total testosterone reading and a hormone panel before prescribing. If you have recent labs (within 90 days), upload them. If not, we’ll order them at a Quest or LabCorp near you.

What’s included in the membership?

One membership, one plan, no tiers and nothing to upgrade to. It covers your testosterone cypionate from a U.S. 503A compounding pharmacy, physician oversight, your dedicated RN health coach, injection supplies, follow-up monitoring bloodwork, anastrozole when it is clinically indicated, and unmarked shipping. There is no enrollment fee and no separate pharmacy bill. You will see the exact amount, and every line item, before you are asked for a card — it takes about ninety seconds to get there.

How fast can I actually start?

If you upload recent labs at intake, a physician reviews within one business day and your prescription ships in three. If we need to order new labs, add three to seven days for the lab draw and results before physician review.

What if my labs come back and I’m not a candidate?

We say so, in writing, with the reasoning. If your numbers do not warrant treatment we do not write the prescription and nothing ships. Your membership charge is refunded in full. The one thing we cannot refund is the bloodwork itself — the lab performs the draw and bills for it either way. That is the labs-first principle working as designed, not a failed order.

Who am I actually talking to?

A dedicated Contin-U RN Health Coach. A licensed registered nurse assigned to you at intake and the same person for as long as you’re a member. Monthly 20-minute call, unlimited messaging between calls, and a personalized lab report every panel. Your board-certified physician (or NP) writes and adjusts your prescription; your RN coach is the person who knows your history and answers your questions. RN coaches provide education, coordination, and accountability — they do not diagnose or prescribe. All treatment decisions are made by your licensed medical provider.

Can I pay with an FSA or HSA?

Usually, yes. The IRS treats prescribed medication and physician services as qualified medical expenses when they treat a diagnosed condition — which is what testosterone therapy for diagnosed hypogonadism is. Expenses that are merely beneficial to general health do not qualify. We accept FSA and HSA cards, and we can provide an itemized receipt for reimbursement. Your plan administrator makes the final call, so check with them if you are unsure.

How do I cancel?

Fill out the online cancellation form and your membership ends immediately. No phone call, no retention offer, and no notice period. You can also email support@contin-u.com with the word “cancel” and it works the same way. Cancelling stops all future charges, and you keep any medication already shipped. There is no minimum commitment.

Ninety seconds to know if you’re a candidate.

No credit card. No account. No commitment. Just a physician-reviewed answer.
