Cancelling stops future billing. It does not refund months already billed in which medication was dispensed. If a physician declined your treatment after review, your $250 membership charge is refunded; a $99 lab panel is not, because the lab draws and bills it either way — see Section 4.5 of our Terms.

Before you go

If you are cancelling because of a side effect or because your protocol is not working, your RN coach can adjust it. Dose, injection frequency, and estradiol management are all adjustable, and most issues people cancel over are fixable. Message your coach or email support@contin-u.com — there is no obligation to stay.

If you are stopping testosterone therapy entirely, do not stop abruptly without telling a clinician. Discontinuing testosterone can cause a period of low hormone levels with fatigue and mood symptoms while your own production recovers. Read important safety information, and talk to your coach or your own physician about how to taper.
