Provider Referral Program

Partner with Contin-U to give your patients a physician-led TRT option.

Contin-U partners with independently licensed physicians, PAs, NPs, strength coaches, gym owners, and functional-medicine practitioners nationwide. If TRT isn't part of your practice — or you'd rather not manage a controlled substance long-term — you can refer patients and clients to a physician-led alternative you trust. Non-financial partnership. Designed to comply with state fee-splitting and federal anti-kickback rules.

What partnership looks like

Simple, transparent, and legally clean by design.

01 · What you get

A tracked referral link for your practice

A referral link unique to your practice, in the form contin-u.com/?ref=[your-name]. Share it however you want — printed handouts, exam-room posters, text, email, socials. Anyone arriving through it is attributed to your practice for 30 days, whichever page they land on and whenever they decide to enroll.

02 · What your patients get

The same care and pricing as everyone else

Patients arriving through your link get exactly the care, pricing and terms any Contin-U patient gets. There is no special offer for arriving through a practice, and you receive no benefit for making the referral. This structure is intentional, to keep the referral pathway clean under state fee-splitting, patient-brokering and federal anti-kickback rules. The rules are published in our referral program terms, Section 11.

03 · What you don't get

Any financial compensation

You receive no cash, no commission, no discount, no split, and no gifts from Contin-U. This is the deliberate structure. It keeps you clean under state fee-splitting and federal anti-kickback rules. The only benefit is having a physician-led option to hand your patients.

04 · How you'll know

Monthly signup summary emails

Every month, you'll get an email summarizing how many patients signed up through your link, no PHI included. Just aggregate counts. Useful for your own planning; not a compensation trigger.

Compliance posture

Structured to survive scrutiny.

Why we deliberately don't pay referrers

Cash-based DTC telehealth still touches state and federal healthcare law. State fee-splitting statutes (e.g., Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 175H § 3; Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code § 650; Tex. Occ. Code § 102.001; Fla. Stat. § 817.505) restrict compensation for referrals, even for cash-pay services. Providing zero financial consideration to referrers puts our program cleanly outside those statutes.

If you're a physician bound by professional ethics rules (e.g., AMA Opinion 6.02) or by an employer's compliance policy, our structure typically means you have no financial conflict of interest to disclose beyond the fact that a referral relationship exists. That's the point.

  • You must disclose your referral relationship to your patient if your professional-conduct rules require it (most do).
  • You must not condition your care on the patient's use of Contin-U.
  • You must not represent Contin-U as your own service.
  • Contin-U is cash-pay only and does not bill Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE or the VA.
  • Full terms: Referral program terms.
