Frequently asked

The questions everyone asks.

Pricing, labs, pharmacies, privacy, cancellation, scope. If it's not here, the physician answers it during your first message.

Is Contin-U a real clinic?

Yes. Contin-U Medical is operated by CONTIN-U LLC, a Florida limited liability company. Every prescription is written by a board-certified physician licensed in your state, and every medication is filled by a U.S. 503A compounding pharmacy or FDA-approved manufacturer.

Which states do you operate in?

We currently treat patients in Florida and Massachusetts. A physician can only prescribe in a state where they hold a license, so we open new states as our clinical team is licensed in them — we do not treat outside that list.

If you are somewhere else, you can still complete the eligibility check and join the waitlist. We prioritise new states by where demand is highest, and we will email you as soon as we open in yours. Nothing is charged and no physician-patient relationship is created by joining.

Do I need labs before I get treated?

For testosterone: yes, always. We won’t prescribe without recent hormone panels. If you have bloodwork from the last six months, upload it and a physician reviews it at no charge. If not, or if yours is missing any required marker, we order our baseline hormone panel — one morning draw, charged once. You see the price in the intake before you pay anything. See what it measures.

What does it cost, actually?

You see the exact price inside the intake, before you enter a card. Membership is one all-inclusive price: medication, a dedicated RN health coach, physician oversight, follow-up monitoring labs, injection supplies, and shipping. Anastrozole is added free when it is clinically indicated.

You choose monthly, 6-month or 12-month billing at checkout, and the longer terms cost less per month. Checkout shows what you are charged today and every date after that, before you pay.

If you do not have bloodwork from the last six months, the baseline panel is added at checkout as a one-time charge. There is no enrollment fee and no prepaid balance you could ever lose. If we are the reason your care stops, we refund every month we cannot deliver. Full terms are in our Terms of Service.

How fast can I actually start?

Intake takes 90 seconds. A physician reviews within one business day. If approved, prescription ships in three days. Total: often within a week from first click to first dose.

What if my labs come back and I'm not a candidate?

The physician explains why in writing, refunds your membership charge, and sends you your lab report. The lab panel is not refunded, because the lab drew and billed it either way. You own your data — even if you never work with us again.

Can women use this?

Testosterone is prescribed to women as well, at far lower doses and with different monitoring. We are still building those protocols and are not accepting new patients for that indication yet. Complete the eligibility check and we will email you when it opens.

Do you take insurance?

Our membership is cash-pay, which is what keeps the price predictable. The baseline panel is also cash-pay. If you would rather run your bloodwork through insurance with your own physician, you can — upload the results and we review them at no charge.

What pharmacies do you use?

U.S. 503A compounding pharmacies, for testosterone cypionate and for the adjuncts a physician may add when they are clinically indicated. We disclose the pharmacy source for every compound on the formulary.

Is my data private?

Your intake, labs, and messages are encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is logged. We do not sell your data. Ever. We're SOC 2 Type II in progress and HIPAA-aligned today.

How do I cancel?

Fill out the online cancellation form and it is effective immediately. No phone call, no retention script, no notice period, no penalty, and no reactivation fee if you come back. You keep every lab, every note, and your dose history. You also keep any medication already shipped.
